Double payment

I'm not happy with Capitec bank making double payments on my bank account.

This is my second complaint since they did the same last month. Apparently my order has been paid twice on Amazon. Can you please help me with this matter of double payments. Last week I made a purchase on Amazon, well the money was taken by the Amazon from my account. Today approximately at 00:34 another same transaction was made on the same item. Please help me get my money back.
