DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS ****

This bank has a tendency of making double deductions within one month which I see it as a ****, when you notify them they repay your money J to their own bank account yet it was debited from a different bank, this means that the fees for withdrawal or what ever way of utilizing that money will benefit them since they will be charging these fees, this becomes a tendency now and they do this to millions of South Africans, with a fee of R2 they make millions out of this ****, the worst part is when they deduct while you have a low bank balance and get billed by your bank for a bounce debit order as it has happened to me Absa has charged me R150 for this bounce yet its Capitec's bank Fault and they reluctant to pay back this money to their customers.

Till today no money That has been refunded, this bank is a pure ****, Tanya De Klerk from complaints Management is disputing that there was a double deduction even though I have submitted a bank statement as a proof, isn't this is ******** your clients? I will report this to the highest complaint sector, I kept my money for urgent purposes which I had to cancel now because of Capitec, WHT do you guys investigate when a proof is right infront of your eyes? Do you really care about your clients? Do you even consider their frustration and damage you causing to them?
