DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS, FAULT ON CAPITEC SIDE
Capitec deducted double payments of my account on Wedenesday 25 October. I was promised on Thursday the moneny would be in my account within 2 to 48 hours. It is Tuesday today and today I get a email that says: Reference number: *** My name is Zenobia, I will be investigating your Term Loans service request and aim to resolve this for you by 03/11/2023. I will be in touch to give you any feedback. I am really in need of that money. Not everyone has R2500 lying around to cover situations like this. Im very unhappy with Capitec bank.
