Double deduction on the same items, I want my refund
I bought two items from Zara online using my capitec card the amount of R957 was deducted from my account on the same day, surprisingly today on the 23rd the same amount was deducted from my account with Zara as a reference. I want my money back as in today, I won't be charged twice for the same items, Capitec bank please fix your mess and refund my money.
