DOUBLE DEBIT AND REFUND
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH CAPITEC, THEY DEBITED ME EARLY AND DOUBLE DEBITED ME ... NXA ...I wANT A refund for a funeral cover double debit R116.95 as I paid my funeral cover premium yesterday and I was debited as well last night.
I wANT A refund for bank charges of R147 X 2 for debiting my account early without even notifying me as my agreed debit date is 25 of every month,
