DOUBLE DEBIT

I took out a personal loan with Capitec at the beginning of January. They have now double debited me leaving my other credit providers at a disadvantage because I can't pay them. Called the call centre and the agent advised me to contact their collections department. How can a new loan account be handed over to collections just before the first payment is due?... I'm very upset with this because I have been banking with them for years and never had problems. I always held them in high regard. I will close my bank account with them and move to another bank and will not refer anyone to them again.
