Double Debit

I am very very angry at capitec bank, they have debited my whole salary, how do they expect me and my newborn baby to survive. Can someone tell me how am I suppose to feed my baby if you take my whole salary. I went to the bank and they told me I have not made any arrangements, therefore, they can not refund me. I have not been working for the past 4 months I was on mertanity leave UIF did not pay me even now. i just came back to work and this is my first salary after 4 months and you people just took my money just like that how do you expect me to feed my child can please someone sort this out. they tell me someone tried to call me I got so may miss calls even from family member please just please I am so so angry at Capitec
