Double charged without consent

They double charged my account without my consent and this is the second time it's happening! Then when they finally reversed the transaction and only did a partial refund, instead of the full amount. They provided a number to contact to resolve the issue but the number does not exist. I wasted alot of time and money trying to resolve this and still no response.
