Double charged On an Online purchase

I made an online shopping and I was double charged by Zara stores when I ask the bank to reverse my money as the online store I bought at denied saying they didn't take the money twice and Capitec is saying it not them, they will get back to me after 14 days as they are still investigating

So now I must wait for my own money and I need to use it, it not the first time they doing this well first time it was reversed quickly so now they telling me about 14 days, what the Hell, and they will charge me for reverse service and the money I've wasted calling them and transport going to the bank no one is going to reimburse that.
