Double barrel surname struggle!

So it turns out Capitec Bank can't put a hyphen on double barreled surnames. Their system is so old-fashioned it doesn't have that function. As a result my account couldn't be verified because one surname is mistaken for a middle name, causing a delay in my payment. This bank needs to move with the times!
