Double Barrel Surname Nightmare

Cant put the hyphen in my double barrel surname on the system. GEPF reject bank verification because of the hyphen and bank branches just say their system doesnt allow for special caracters but my id is with hyphen. Now my pension pay out is stuck because of capitec bank that cant put in the hyphen. What can i do now. I also called the call centre and also the same story system doesnt allow for special caracters.Pearl at The Grove did try to assist me,but Gepf does not except the letter from Capitec.They said the internal system have to be changed.
