Dormancy can't be lifted sorry sir

Capitec Business can' t uplift a dormancy status on my account. I followed their process to deposit funds from a third party bank to my account, but it failed and still they refer me back to the process. If I was the bank and wanted money i would lift the dormancy status ao that money can be depoaited, bit no not capitec. After a long relationship with the bank this is how they treat their customers.
