DONT USE CAPITEC FOR CREDIT!!!!!

I have had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience applying for credit with Capitec. It has been w weeks of being sent from pillar to post and the agents NEVER return any calls or communicate properly.

I am senior procurement professional working for an international government agency who gets a salary bi weekly (every two weeks) and that seems to be confusing the hell out of the agents smh I have requested to be called back multiple times and my emails go unanswered!!!

I have an emergency at home and that's why I app**** for credit but it was the WORST MISTAKE APPLYING TO CAPITEC!!!!

I have no idea what is going on with my credit application!! Only one lady from there has tried helping me out but unfortunately there is a different agent each time and majority are USELESS!!! NEVER apply to capitec for credit they are SLOW, UNRESPONIVE and have the WORST COMMUNICATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am still waiting and it been 2 weeks!!! I can't even go to another bank because the process has already started!!!! I MADE THE WORST DECISION TRYING TO GIVE CAPITEC A CHANCE!!!!
