Don't use capitec bank ,it's a cash loans

I'm 9years with Capitec bank.The way the bank is treating me ,is like a cash loan's. By forcing me when I apply for a personal loan.The aplication came back as 72 months, but when I go to branch it self they force me on a 54 months and 28% intresrate. Now every month when the debit order goes through the amount is going up.Dont use capitec. It's a cash loan's.
