Don't try Capitec loan.whether you pay them well or not they want more

I borrowed a loan at Capitec on 11 month plan this year (2020) in January. They deducted the first installment in January and the contracts stated that 30 November (2020) I will be paying my last installment. I have never skipped any payment for the past 7 months today I went to the branch they are telling me that the I will now finish my loan month end December. When I as them why? They say the loan insurance increased with R45 rands because the of the economic crisis that most people are losing jobs etc... I do understand that but the question they are not able to answer is the why are they increasing the term instead of installment? If they really think I am at a risk of retrenchment. Capitec is loan is nonsense they are ****** whether your account is up to date or not they would always have a way to make you pay extra. My loan interest is 23% but it seems like the business is not satisfied of that interest they still want more from me thought I pay them on time actually they deduct direct from my salary. Never try Capitec loan rather check other lenders. If they breach the contract of 30th November then I will breach the contract too any go to work and change my banking details once.
