Don’t trust Captiec with your money

Capitec forex exchange is the worst probably in the world. Have been waoting for nine days for my money to clear. Keep in mind the money was send for my personal foreign account to my personal Capitec SA account. When following up they just say they don’t know where the money is. No comms from their side to reassure me that my money is save or held up somewhere, no, just, “we don’t know where your money is sir” This is a absolute ******* response and this from a bank. Where fo one go from here? Who’s earning interest on my hard earned money?
