Don't trust Capitec Bank

Good day if i could i would rate Capitec Bank below zero. Yesterday my fiancs account was working fine we had a vacation savings account today it was gone with all the money we went in to a branch to find out what was going on just to be told that we were running a "****" i mean come on really why would we do that!!!!! They could not even provide us with the necessary proof and not even by notifying her of what is going on and by the end of the day her entire account got blocked every single cent gone including what's left of her salary even after we email proof that we are not running a "****" i would not advise anyone to open an account with this bank or to bank with them they don't give a fly **** about there costumers and would rather do as they please so thanks Capitec bank for leaving us with no money for the rest of the month and for ruining our vacation we will be taking this matter futher unless the account gets reopend.
