Dont trust capitec
I posted a review on this platform on the 30/10/2024. My husband paid up an outstanding account for capitec which they handed to blake and associates. We paid up doing an immediate payment on the 21st Oct 2024. WE ARES STILL AWAITING THE PAIDUP LETTER. WHEN THEY WANT PAYMENT WE PAY NOW THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE THE PAID UP LETTER. CAPITEC SAYS BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES MUST GIVE THE LETTER. BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES SAY CAPITEC HAVE THE LETTER. They all a bunch of ****s. WHERE IS OUR LETTER. When I posted they respond saying they on it. Its 9 days later and STILL NO PAID UP LETTER. Who took the money?????

And on top of it all we are they will take 45 days!!! To conclude and give a paid up letter. What ******* is that. Are they begrudging because we used the hellopeter platform or do they like holding their clients back from future plans. This so unacceptable. Capitec Bank should be a no go , they don't look after their clients or their needs.
