Don't trust Capitec

In December 2021 I wanted to take out a small loan for repairs on my car. When the manager checked the consults work she toke over and advised me to take a loan and pay off my car and credit card. I then explained I wanted to sell the car in Feb and I did not want anything to affect the sale/ purchase of new car. I was assured if I came back in 3 months Capitec would be able to help me. well come 3 months...."sorry we cant help you" I am now stuck with a huge instalment to pay every month, a car that needs repairs frequently and guess what I now cant get finance for a new car!! and my interest on my car loan was MUCH LESS!! Every time I go to capitec to try reduce my instalment they cant help. I went to a different branch and explained what happened and they agreed the advice I was given was bad and there where other ways of doing this better.

Does Capitec not train their staff!!! Capitec are a bunch of ********** that just want to ***** your money. i am beyond disgusted with Capitec and I will be moving to a real bank ASAP
