Don't trust capitec.

Worst bank ever. Money was transfered out of my account, obviously bank *****. I went into the bank immediately, they blocked my card. Told me the money was withdrawn at a atm in cape Town, and I'm in Montague gardens. Apparently I must have given my pin to someone because money can only be taken out of my account with the pin. And all this before Christmas 😥... I fear getting paid now because I'm afraid my money will disappear again. What are the banks doing to protect us from bank *****? They say they do investigations into the matter but u can't tell me how they money was transferred, and don't u have cameras at ur atms to record the ppl *****ing your money. I'm definitely changing banks. I wouldnt recommend any1 with capitec I'm sorry
