Don't **** the innocent from their hard earned money using the excuse of ongoing investigation

In October 2024 we were on holiday and when I swiped my card at the Spa I was told that my card declined and I had enough money in my account and only when I went to Capitec Balito I was told that my my personal account had been blocked without me being informed. I tried calling the forensics department and was told that I need to submit an affidavit stating what funds came and why was it withdrawn. This I did and submitted at the Phoenix Plaza branch and till today I have no correspondence and this has affected my Capitec insurance that hasn't been paid and was told that there is no other way to pay it. Also I am listed with a bad credit record because all my debit orders were delayed and had to open another account with another bank and move my debit orders causing so much of inconvenience. I wish nobody goes through this turmoil and Capitec speeds up this process. 🙏🙏🙏🤦
