DON'T TAKE A CAPITEC FUNERAL POLICY! YOUR LOVED ONES WILL SUFFER!

Please please please don't ever take a funeral policy with capitec. I've been waiting almost 3 months for a claim to be paid out. And they are busy with ***** because they paid the amount due into a different account which does not even belong to me. Please for your family's sake do not take out a policy with them. They are cheap but the process in getting your money is so tiring and slow and everyone on their payroll is ***********!
