Don't put there costumers first

I'm very discussed on how capitec bank and Fnb helped me with a ******** Fnb could only retrieve R4000 out of the 64000 taken from me between the two banks it took them nearly 2 months to come to some conclusion. Between Fnb and capitec bank they would rather protect the *********, the ********* the sangomas they just as ******* as the police and not putting there costumers first I even opened up case which the police closed due to not enough evidence. Which is total bull**** I will be presuing this with e Ombudsman
