dont judge a book by its cover

Hi i went into capitec bluff this afternoon and i was amazed at the attitude i received from the consultant at the door she judged me by my appearance. I am a professional who was off today so i decided to wear shorts and a t shirt she seemed annoid to serve me as if I'm someone wasting her time and she started acting bucky with me. I have banked with you guys for many years and if this is the attitude we get from your staff then i think i should move to another bank. She isn't the only staff member with an attitude previously i had a similar experience with a white male staff. He gave me a hard time . please train your staff before they serve your customers. Its very disappointing to be treated the way i was judged by the way i was dressed.
