Dont do Forex with Capitec

Beware of sending Forex via Capitec bank!!!!!!!! I was gifted Canadian dollars by my mother who lives in Canada. She did the transaction at her bank on the 5th May 2025. As of today nothing has been received into my account. Despite countless phone calls and emails that literally are copy and paste, nobody has been prepared to assist me to find where this money ended up.
