Don't change banks never use capitec

Money went of my account so I used the WhatsApp customer service but what a waist off time at the end is capitec the most un helpful bank I've ever used always have excuses to reverse money back intro your account so they can just carry on doing ***** on our accounts after we trust them with our money that we worked hard for this is ridiculous we're is the loyalty for the customer
