Don't care about customer and you money not safe
This only the 2 month my salary goes to my bank account and I been have 4 complaints none of it has been resolve because the agents don't care about any complaints you make they don't even try to resolve it, this is the 2 time in 2 months I need to refer them to ombudsman what discrace has bank and now it will cost me more to get another bank which have some customers service because you cannot complaint so much and then you need to revere the complaints again because the agents is unable to assist the want to control your money it like they are in charge it not your account.

29 Mar 2023, 18:46Yes, it like the prevouis person wrote on her review they control you money and nothing get done to them even if you complaints the asighs you to the same agent and that can't resolve any complaints I am so tired of this bank and this is within 2 months time where they taking me for ride I won't be surprise if they don't respond to any reviews

30 Mar 2023, 10:52Please when you assign any complaint do not assign it to Stephanie because she is unable to resolve any complaints she just close them and poeple please stay away from capitec they control poeple money within 2 months time of changing my salary to capitec bank now I must look for new bank. Can somoene please help me with finding more trustworthy bank with poeple that can assist me, these poeple just wasting my time the have no customer support only poeple that do what ever they want to I wonder if there bosses now how they operate.
