DONT BORROW MONEY!!!!!

Almost 4 years ago I borrowed money from Capitec and I also had a bank account with them. As any other bank THEY deducted the money straight from my bank account and when the loan was paid up THEY stopped deducting. Now after how many years they have handed me over to Symington and De kok also MBD attorneys for not paying my loan???? First why did They stop deducting and 2nd if they made a mistake why didn't they phone and say there still money outstanding? The consultants at both attorneys are so rude and keeps on phoning me 2 / 3 time a week and I need to explain the whole thing over again! Now I need to go to Kby Capitec to short this out which is about 300km from where I live one way! One of the consultants of Symington told me today to go F@uck myself after I told her to keep quite so I can explain! I am fed up with this unprofessional manner of treating customers! Pathetic excuse of a company!
