DOnt be fooled by Capitec - they do not offer any service

when I joined Capitec I was very happy with their branch service. Since then things have gone downhill. Capitec offers a salary payment solution. I called to get info and was told someone would call me, 2 weeks later I went into the bank and said no one had called me. Now nearly a month later still no one has called me. I have debit orders that I try and stop and they continue. I have sent messages and no one comes back. I sent a message on facebook message and still, no one calls me. I have been holding onto the phone for over 30 minutes for the CEO or as they said his PA - no one has come back to me. Is this the real truth about Capitec? don't be fooled by the branch facade - there is no service.
