Dont bank with capitec if you want to keep your money

After 3 weeks writing email. Got a call to tell me all about nothing. Would not give me a straight answer but basically it boiled down sorry for you. People do not bank with this bank. How did the ********* know my id and email. This has to be inside the bank *********. Thought banks have insurance for this.
