Donorique Wessels u are a star!

I recently had an issue with rcs Bank. I had transfered funds into their account by mistake and I did not know what to do. Donorique Wessels a complaints officer at Capitec Bank contacted me and followed up. He did an excellent job, contacted RCS cards himself, sent out necessary documents for my refund to be done. I must say he went the extra mile. Phone calls to check how I was doing, he did a great job. Got my refund☑️thank u Donorique u are a star!
