Have my account for many years .few months ago my phone and card was hacked and my saving was deducted by unknown people .lodge a complain and blocked my account. Was told by bank to make case number . Was told after couple of weeks I won't be getting my money back and that I must make a sivil case . Is this how I am treated by capiteck I didn give permission to deduct any funds
