Worked into capitec bank at 9h15 in hurry so i can cover my shift starting at 10:00, Guy at the front checked if my documents are in all in order and matching he approved my ID, Proof of Address & payslip. Took a seat and waited, first pregnant consultant helped me also checked my docs and proceeded, she had to leave and handed me over to someone else to help me further. <br> <br> Now this short lady Nothile tells me she cannot help me because my proof of address does not have my First name on it but only 2nd name and surname i asked her \ but the address is what's mandatory, she responded in a rude way \"I've been doing this for 5 years\" which was not necessary, & why didn't the two people who helped me prior chase me away on time so i can go and get a different document? honestly the time wasted in the queue for u to tell me you've worked there for 5 years? like i give a ****! nxa on top of that i was late from work for those people's incompetence.
