Don't deliver to promises

<p>I am writing for the 5th if not 6th time, after the altercation I had , my query was handled by Nondi who is a manager at Capitec, she promised that I will get my refund, it's been two weeks now and number e she doesn't rely to my emails, a much for customer service, I actually thought my trust was restored but then again it's Capitec</p>
