Doesn't keep to debit dates

I have a loan account at Capitec and have sight that my account must be debit on the 20 th each and every month. This month the debit went off on the 17 th now I'm been told that capitec puts a Tracking on accounts 7 days before the date that you give then permission to debit your account.
