Doesn't quite do what it says on the box

Recently opened an account with Capitec. Was quite impressed with these ease of opening the account and looking forward to spending less on bank charges. However, I am currently not so happy with Capitec's service offering. I have raised concern about limited functionality with their internet banking. Most specifically the ability to schedule payment for approved beneficiaries - Capitec Registered Beneficiaries. I've raised two queries with Capitec regarding this limitation and they haven't been able to give me what I feel is a valid reason to prevent one from scheduling these payments - beside the fact that the other two banks i currently use both allow me to do this. My second query was a call to their call centre - because my email wasn't getting a response - and I was referred to a supervisor. The reason he provided for this system limitation simply doesn't make sense.
