Does Not Have Option To Change Sallary Dates

I have been with Capitec bank for a few years now. I have a loan with them and tried to change the sallary date to the last day of the month a few times in the past with no luck. The call centres will call like 4-8 times a day after the 25th of the month and this month i just had it now. My payments is never late or after the last day of a month. I do not understand why they can not change the dates like the other banks does. I am not very happy with this matter as they phoned my husband a lot of times too this past few days. Payment went off on the 30th by 10:11 in the morning Still they sent me an sms and phoned my husband at work. I am also not allowed to answer personal calls at my work, so therefor can not take calls. I hope that Capitec will see to the matter of changing sallary dates as not everyone gets paid on the 25th or 15th of the month.
