does not believe in reabilitation

<p>I had a loan with Capitec, because of personal circumstances i fell behind with that loan as well as others ( other banking institutes) i since settled them and a year later Capitec with which i have been banking for the past 10 years tell me that on they system they still have me flagged as handed over and that will remain there for however long, i have been handed over by other institutes and they removed the flags and are willing to assist, however my bank of which i consired to be the best does not work like that. hhmmm i really wonder does Capitec then have a comittee that knows why you were in the mess that you were, Yep simple better faster to judge i guess. What about all the other loans i have had with your institution and i never fell behind besides i never stoped bankiung with you guys, MY word your slogan should read we do not believe in second chances once you mess up you are messed. just a suggestion</p>
