Does capitec plan on contacting me?

I've tried everything so I'll write a review again. I posted a while ago here on hello Peter about a problem I'm having with a loan suggested to me by capitec bank as a way to increase my credit score. I was informed that an Agent will contact me shortly. From then, I've not recieved a phone call, just a WhatsApp and email. I tried emailing back, responding to the WhatsApp but there was no way for me to get into contact with the agent I was assigned so I please request a new agent handle that case.
