Does Capitec Bank deliberately ensure the cash deposit ATM's dont work
Does Capitec Bank deliberately ensure the cash deposit ATM's dont work so we get charged 3 times more to deposit inside the branch, the cash depositing ATM's are always offline

07 Oct 2021, 15:14I have spoken to the branch manager and the customer service agent who were both clueless and rude, i just would like my cash deposit fees reimbursed to me as on all the numerous occasions i attempted to deposit at the ATM it was offine which forced me to deposit in the branch, do i have to pay the higher charge for the bank being inefficient?
