does anyone even know what they are doing?
I took out a loan and due to losing my job, i would no longer pay it. i was handed over to MBD and got into a payment arrangement with them and have been paying monthly since January. I requested a statement in June and in October. the June statement had a lower amount than the June one. If I am paying monthly
