Do NOT use Capitec for Forex

I simply need to pay money from my Dutch account to my Capitec account each month. This sum is to pay for my mortgage, and a number of debit orders that go through each month. I have not been in the country for more than TWO YEARS and Capitec is still messing this up. I have followed the correct protocol (emailing a Standing Indemnity form) on numerous occasions, sent many querying emails, and sat on hold (from an international phone number!!) for 20 minutes at a time. Yet AGAIN, I have money that is not appearing in my SA account, and I am embarrassed by not paying off debit orders, through Capitec's error. :-( I have now contacted FNB to investigate their Forex service. Capitec is now losing my custom, and I will spread the word.
