Do not use CAPITEC Business Banking

I have been a loyal supporter of Capitec Bank since April 2011. Last year November I opened up a Business Bank Account and it has been the worst decision ever - DO NOT GO TO CAPITEC FOR BUSINESS BANKING! I have been trying since the 12 February to change a simple item on my account. Today is the 11 April and still not done

If time in your business = Money - then they are NOT the business bank for you!
