DO NOT USE CAPITEC BANK!
I recently used the “send cash” option on the Capitec app, to pay someone when she went to the ATM to withdraw she was told that the funds were redeemed. We did a follow up at the branch and we were given a case number and today I got an SMS that said the money was redeemed within a minute and none of us were near an ATM at the time the voucher was redeemed.
DO NOT USE Capitec Bank! 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
