Do not take Capitec policy they are not reliable and they can’t be trusted

Capitec bank they are not reliable I have app**** for newborn premium wave which I have fought with them to get response to be approved at the end they said it’s been approved.they sent me an email stating that it’s been approved.yet today they deducted they money which doesn’t belong to that policy I called asking them to refund the money one is assisting me they are busy transferring me from one agent to another is this fear? Now my other debit are busy bouncing back because Capitec took they money that doesn’t belong to them it’s default for them to refund the money.case number ***1
