Do not make mistake of making any loan with capitec or taking any insurance!!!

I made a claim on February, I submitted all the documents that were required for the calim to be process or assessed but I haven't received any feedback regarding my claim, but instead I noticed that my credit score has went down because of my capitec account that is in areas. am failing to understand why is so difficult with capitec to approve or take customers claim seriously.

To anyone who is reading this view never make mistake of taking loan with capitec they are very quickly to give you a loan but you will see when you get retrenchment, temporary disability or permanent disability that you made wrong decision to choose capitec, especially when you on unpaid sick leave because of an accident, you see your credit score going down and you can't even go and look for a job,you just have to make peace with it!! The are busy sending emails telling us to switch our bond to capitec do not make that mistakes,Am not working because of temporary disability but all my accounts are up to date apart from the loan from capitec I just can't to go back to work and paid it up, this people the are so annoying with consultant that are incompetence!!!
