Do not keep savings in a Capitec Business account! You will struggle to transfer the sfunds out!

I have been trying the entire morning to get Capitec Business team to help me. I tried adding beneficiaries on my bond Acc on the App, Mercantile website and Capitec website, you simply just cannot add beneficiaries. How can you not have an option to add beneficiaries for banking business. Seriously! The call centre nor the chat support can help sort this out. They apparently escalated my query, but the support is only available Monday to Friday! How do I get assistance in an emergency!
