DO NOT INVEST HERE

I wanted to withdraw money from an investment I have with capitec .... Was there on the 11/08/2022 to enquire about the penalty fees ... at teller 11 at the Aliwal North Branch.... an amount of R12626.04 was given.... Told them we would be back on the 15/08/2022. Today we went back and was told that the penalty fees is 10 x R12626.04. Really.... seriously..... Over a r100 000 for a transaction fee... What is more …. NO MANAGERS was available to help in the Branch itself … When I spoke the “investment department” over the phone also NO MANGERS are available to help. On the 11/08/2022 the consultant that helped us asked were clearly is the amount of r12626.04 was the only and final amount … which was confirmed and was also given to me ….. 4 days later they are totally ridiculous……. 25 % and more penalty fee ….. REALLLY …..
