Do not go to capitec bank,ever!!!!!!!

I paid up my loan account with capitec in June this year,however no update has been sent to trans union and as a result I have not been able to buy a house.please sort this out before a civil claim on my right to housing and right to provide for my family ensures. I require a letter to all the credit companies advising that this is due to no fault of my own,failure of which I will be taking this further.
