Disturbing'l. Horrible service

Honestly speaking! Using the Capitec in Zeerust is just a nightmare. I don't understand why would there be 2 Atms and one regional branch 'however the small town is so over populated. The lines are always long ..and literally not a reasonable long but longer than the National voting queue. And please dont tell me about the atm inside Pick n pay in Zeerust cause honestly around the 15th to the 8th of each month its never working. Do you know that majority of the people that use your bank live in villages and travel distances and wake as early as 5am to travel to the town of Zeerust just to use your services. HOWEVER YOU GUYS DONT EVEN CONSIDERING opening atleast another branch. I am so dissapointed. You guys dont even consider that times are tough with this pandemic and imagine sitting close to an hour just to get servi e inside the bank or that atm mxm..might as well just switch banks ..im sorey but this is ******* service
